“I was driving and I heard about it on the radio. I
thought it was one of those ’30s or ’40s radio shows

and over again.” Aleksandra Shivkova

I thought it was just a movie. I didn’t think it was for real
until I came to school and everyone was talking about it and then I
was really scared and I thought something might happen
downtown.” Cynthia Castro “I heard it on the radio and
I didn’t believe it until I saw it on the TV. When I did see
it I was just in shock.” Amber Setrakian

was in shock of what was actually happening.” Ryan
Glasser

“I was doing student government training and we had just
heard it in the morning. We didn’t think it was real. When we

Larios

“I was getting ready to go to school when my brother came
