Speaks Out

We asked UCLA students what they and their families watch while they wait for their Thanksgiving feasts to begin. Here's what they had to say about what dominates their TV sets.

April Anthony
Fourth-year psychology student
“Usually football.”

Paul Addleman
Fourth-year anthropology student
“I watch a lot of football and usually some Charlie Brown.”

Gabby Harris
Second-year anthropology student
“We don’t really watch anything on Thanksgiving. We’re not a very big TV family. It’s family time ““ we just have a family get-together. It’s too loud to watch anything.”

Brianna Collins
Third-year political science student
“I go to Mexico for Thanksgiving, so we watch Spanish shows.”
