On Homecoming night in front of more than 80,000 fans, UCLA football defeated Colorado 45-23. After a slow first quarter, the Bruins bounced back, beginning with redshirt sophomore quarterback Brett Hundley’s 76-yard touchdown pass to sophomore wide receiver Devin Fuller – a play that proved to be the start of a resurgent night for UCLA.
