LA County Board of Supervisors District 3 candidates provide election platforms

This year, six candidates are running to represent the 3rd District of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

The Board serves more than 10 million people and is tasked with adopting ordinances, supervising County department actions and outlining an annual budget for the County and its branches. Board members must administer local services for their constituents and select members of County commissions and committees.

The primary elections will be held Tuesday, with general elections taking place Nov. 8.
