Located in Culver City, Hayden Tract is a neighborhood that is home to a wide range of unique architecture such as the Pterodactyl, the Waffle Building and the UCLA Margo Leavin Graduate Art Studios. The neighborhood was originally built in the 1940s as an industrial zone but was later developed into the architecture hub it is now in the 1980s.
