UCPD recorded 637 unique entries in its November daily crime log.
University police received 150 crime reports in November that resulted in active police cases.
Of the 150 crime reports resulting in cases, 77 were open cases and 73 were closed or inactive as of Dec. 4, according to the UCPD crime and fire log.
Theft and burglary was the most common category, with 73 reports resulting in cases, followed by 15 reports of traffic and vehicle related incidents, according to the log.
UCPD also recorded 487 events that did not result in active cases, with the following statuses as of Dec. 4:

Of the 487 incidents not resulting in cases, 10 were categorized as rape or other sex crimes. UCPD categorized five events as rape reports, two as sexual battery reports and three as indecent exposure reports.
Data for this story was obtained as a public record under the Jeanne Clery Act, which requires universities to report campus crime data.
