The UCLA Bruins narrowly avoided defeat by the University of Hawaiʻi Rainbow Warriors last Saturday. The Bruins snuck a field goal in during the last minute of the fourth quarter to win with a score of 16 to 13. Putting up mediocre numbers – a 50% pass completion rate, a total of 71 rushing yards, and just one touchdown – UCLA looks to improve before its first conference game against Indiana next week at the Rose Bowl.
