Rodriguez was being charged with two counts of sexual battery, two counts of sexual penetration by foreign object, two counts of touching a person intimately against will for sexual arousal, one count of false imprisonment, one count of battery on person and one count of willful cruelty to a child. He was on trial at the Airport Courthouse.
