SANTA MONICA – Santa Monica City Council candidate Ellis Raskin said he believes the reason Harris lost the election was because she did not pick Josh Shapiro – the governor of Pennsylvania – as her running mate. Raskin added that he believes Harris should also have made more of an effort to reach out to Arab American voters.
