Members of both AFSCME Local 3299 and UPTE-CWA 9119 have set up tents next to the UCLA Medical Plaza. Most of the medical complex’s street-facing side, including the front of the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, was fenced off with metal barricades as of 8 a.m. Wednesday.
