Ryan Anderson, a staff member at De Neve Residential Restaurant, said staff were trying to work more efficiently to serve students in anticipation of a large crowd due to the closure of other dining halls. He said the idea for dining halls to pivot into to-go boxes was a good decision to improve efficiency.
