Members of UPTE-CWA 9119 and AFSCME Local 3299 are sitting and eating on the side on the stretch of grass outside the hospital. Cars and trucks passing by are honking occasionally in support of the strike as the crowd cheers back in response. AFSCME Local 3299 strikers have begun walking back into Bruin Plaza.
