Gallery: 24 hours in Las Vegas: Exploring the city’s tourism, landscapes

Daily Bruin photographer Selin Filiz spent 24 hours exploring Las Vegas, Nevada. From the resorts of Sin City to the views of the Grand Canyon’s West Rim, she documented the contrast between city tourism and the vast landscape.

Senior staff

Filiz is Photo senior staff. She was previously a 2025-26 assistant Photo editor. Filiz is a third-year molecular, cell and developmental biology student minoring in bioinformatics from Seattle.
