Senator Bernie Sanders and U.S. Representative from New York Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez held a rally in downtown Los Angeles last Saturday. The Daily Bruin takes you into the crowd as they were joined by local leaders, national representatives and musicians, including Joan Baez, Maggie Rogers and Neil Young. We then take you to a UCLA Faculty Association protest which was held downtown after the rally, and Bruin Day where newly admitted students got a taste of UCLA life.
