Gallery: Ohio State devastates UCLA football 48-10, ends Bruins’ bowl game eligibility

UCLA football (3-7, 3-4) was trounced by No. 1 Ohio State (10-0, 7-0) Saturday night in Columbus at Ohio Stadium by a score of 48-10, during a prime-time matchup that knocked the Bruins out of bowl game eligibility.

With redshirt sophomore quarterback Nico Iamaleava out with a concussion, redshirt sophomore quarterback Luke Duncan made his first career start in front of over 104,000 fans.

Despite trailing 27-0 heading into halftime, the first-time signal caller was able to avoid a shutout, connecting with sophomore wide receiver Kwazi Gilmer on an 18-yard touchdown pass late in the third quarter before setting up a 32-yard field goal for junior kicker Mateen Bhaghani midway through the fourth.
