Gallery: Annual Westwood Homeless Count unites students, local community

Students, university administrators and local residents gathered together for the annual Westwood Homeless Count on Thursday. The volunteer-based event is part of the 2026 Los Angeles Homeless Count, which creates a snapshot of the area’s homeless population to inform future resource distribution. After weaving through their assigned blocks, attendees returned to the Westwood Presbyterian Church after midnight.

PRIME director

Cobo Cordon is the 2025-2026 PRIME director and a News, Photo and Video contributor. She was previously the 2023-2024 music | fine arts editor. She is a fourth-year materials engineering student from northern Virginia.

Diaz is the 2025-2026 Photo editor. He was previously a Photo contributor. Diaz is a second-year political science and sociology student from Riverside, California.
