No. 1 UCLA men’s volleyball (12-0, 3-0 MPSF) bested No. 2 Long Beach State (9-2) in four sets Friday night – handing the reigning national champions their second loss this season. The undefeated Bruins kicked off the night with a formidable first set, winning 25-15 and hitting a combined .625 clip. UCLA also handed Long Beach its first loss this season on Feb. 6 in a reverse sweep at the Walter Pyramid.
