Gallery: Peaks and Professors at UCLA builds student-faculty connections through hiking

(Ruby Galbraith/Daily Bruin)

Peaks and Professors at UCLA organizes hikes where students can explore nature alongside a guest UCLA faculty member. In an environment free from office hours and BruinLearn, the club aims to facilitate connections between students and faculty from different academic disciplines.

The club has hosted several hikes over the past few months, ranging from strolls through wildflower-covered hills to treks toward famous former movie sets.
