Blank shots echoed as the roar of attendees accelerated the athletes.

UCLA track and field competed in a dual meet against historic rival USC at Katherine Loker Stadium on Saturday and Sunday. The men, powered by strong hurdling outings, earned an 87-76 victory. But the UCLA women’s team ultimately fell to the Women of Troy 93-69.

Sunday marked the first time the Bruins notched back-to-back victories against USC in the men’s competition since 2017.
