Rockwood, a fourth-year economics student, and Grusd, a fourth-year communication student, said they wanted to find a way to spread positivity and give back to communities affected by COVID-19, especially after seeing an overwhelming number of negative posts on social media in response to a virtual spring quarter and graduation ceremony.
