The Writers Faire features 24 free mini classes and panel discussions in creative writing and screenwriting. Students can get free writing instruction, chat with instructors, register for most fall courses at 10 percent discount, and learn about graduate writing programs and writing-allied businesses. The dance crew Versa-Style features current Bruins and alumni. The Los Angeles-based group will be featured in the indie documentary film, “Furious Beauty,” which follows Versa-Style’s preparations for the dance showcase “Positive Dose.”
