OCHC to host revamped murder mystery theater on Hill

Arts ReSTORE LA: Westwood to run through November

A new Westwood is coming, and the UCLA Hammer Museum, as well as more than a dozen artisans, is at the forefront. Avenged Sevenfold keeps crowd spirited during KROQ show

M. Shadows took the stage at KROQ’s Red Bull Sound Space Friday night and looked out onto a crowd of ghouls. Attendees were encouraged to dress in costumes for the “Day of the Dead”-themed show, which resulted in a mob of classic horror villains and frights of every kind, clad in Avenged Sevenfold gear from tours past. ‘Music in the Rotunda’ to feature classical guitar duet

Under the dome of Powell Library sit two UCLA alumni with classical guitars rested on their knees. As they begin to play, the two guitars interweave baroque-era melodies and the acoustic sounds swiftly bounce off the rotunda and fill the second floor of the library. Read more...
