Hooligan embraces history, culture with production of ‘Hair’

During the whirlwind of the 1960s hippie movement, a show opened on Broadway that ushered in a new era of rock musicals, one that Hooligan Theatre Company has now taken on the task of producing – “Hair.” The show, with lyrics by James Rado and Gerome Ragni and music by Galt MacDermot, opens Friday in Schoenberg Hall. BruinFest presents UCLA club Shenanigans, other stand-up performances

International Games Day livens up Powell with entertainment, music
