Alumnus Morton La Kretz leaves legacy of philanthropy, conservation

La Kretz funded the 2018 renovation of the La Kretz Botany Building and the construction of La Kretz Hall – UCLA’s first building to receive LEED certification, which recognizes sustainable and cost-effective buildings – in 2005. School of Management to launch new sports leadership minor for undergraduates

The UCLA Anderson School of Management will launch a new sports leadership and management minor for undergraduate students this fall. The 11th annual LGBTQIA+ SoCal Health Conference brought together UCLA physicians, medical students and community members to discuss gender-affirming care, mental health and policy issues in the LGBTQ+ community.
