UCLA School of Law to open immigration law center with $5 million alumna donation

UCLA established a new immigration law center Wednesday with a $5 million alumna donation. Westboro Baptist Church to picket at UCLA against inclusive LGBTQ+ policies

Panel talks Hong Kong protests, changes in Asia’s political climate

The recent protests in Hong Kong have sparked an irrevocable shift in its political climate, UCLA faculty and other experts said at a panel Monday. The UCLA International Institute, which promotes global research and study, hosted an open panel with a reporter and professors of law, history and political science at the UCLA School of Law to discuss the ongoing protests in Hong Kong, and how they reflect crucial changes in Asia’s political climate. UCLA introduces online module for equity, diversity and inclusion

UCLA requested undergraduate students to complete an optional online training module about equity, diversity and inclusion Thursday.
