Healthy Campus Initiative introduces amphitheater garden at Sunset Rec
Students can now enjoy a new amphitheater garden in the Sunset Canyon Recreation Center, following a launch event Thursday afternoon. Bruin Plate receives top rating for sustainable food service practices
Bruin Plate was recognized for its sustainability practices by an organization that rates restaurants based on environmental impact, UCLA officials announced Wednesday. Atmospheric scientist appointed as new vice chancellor for research

Students, staff march in May Day protest outside chancellor’s office
About 30 students and staff marched to Chancellor Gene Block’s office Monday calling for a sanctuary campus and protections for minority students.
