Campus groups work to prepare student voters for election day

UCLA campus organizations and departments are working to inform voters about the different candidates and ballot measures for Tuesday’s election. Student groups within BruinsVote!, a coalition that aims to increase student participation in elections, have compiled information about candidates, ballot measures and polling places to help students cast their votes. UCLA Transportation to allocate parking permits for transfer students

UCLA Transportation will now allocate 12 parking permits every quarter for transfer students. The undergraduate student government Office of the Transfer Student Representative worked with UCLA Transportation last spring to secure a total of 36 permits per year, beginning this quarter.
