The 405 Freeway will close for three days in July during UCLA summer classes
A portion of the 405 Freeway will be closed for a weekend in July as part of ongoing expansion efforts, which may frustrate commuters around UCLA and Westwood. From July 15 to 18, approximately 14 total miles of freeway and all lanes will be closed off to traffic, said Helen Gilstrap, a spokeswoman for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Read more...
