Miscellaneous University police arrested Percy Miller (aka Master P) and Vyshonn Miller (aka Silkk the Shocker) on Jan. 27 for carrying concealed firearms. Police stopped the Millers’ 2005 Chrysler 300M on Gayley Avenue near Landfair Avenue 20 minutes before midnight for not having a license plate. Read more...
