ASUCLA to convert Global Viewpoint Lounge into conference room
Associated Students UCLA solidified plans Friday to change the Global Viewpoint Lounge into a conference room capable of accommodating 125 people. ASUCLA set aside $300,000 in February to renovate the lounge, but decided to repurpose the space at an ASUCLA Services Committee meeting on Friday. Read more...

UCLA minimum wage set to rise with state, city increases
The University of California Office of the President updated its policy in April, requiring UCLA to comply with Los Angeles’s imminent minimum wage increase. Each UC campus must follow federal, state and local minimum wage provisions, according to the policy. Read more...
