The Westwood Neighborhood Council is the city’s official advisor on Westwood politics. In November, students and other Westwood community members announced plans to form a new neighborhood council because they felt the current one did not adequately address their issues. Read more...
Forensic experts for Los Angeles police testified Tuesday it is inconclusive whether a UCLA student was sexually assaulted before she was killed in 2015.
