Around 7:20 p.m., the city of Los Angeles issued a new evacuation warning to residents reaching the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Veteran Avenue – an intersection that directly borders the UCLA campus. In a Friday afternoon BruinPost to members of the UCLA community, Chancellor Julio Frenk announced that the UCLA campus will continue to curtail its operations for at least three more days, adding that the UCLA Academic Senate has allowed remote classes to go ahead Monday.
