First food truck lot opens in Westwood amid support, backlash

9021Pho to open location in Westwood

French-Vietnamese chain restaurant 9021Pho recently signed a deal to open its sixth location in Westwood later this year. The Los Angeles-based eatery will open in about six months in a Gayley Avenue storefront previously occupied by Native Foods Café, said David Dwyer, the director of operations for 9021Pho.
