Westwood and Brentwood residents lost power at their homes Thursday afternoon. A power outage was reported at 2:16 p.m. in Westwood, affecting 932 Los Angeles Department of Water and Power customers in the area and approximately 800 in the neighboring Brentwood area, an LADWP spokesperson said.
