Limiting vouchers will discriminate in education Gregory McGinity made a reasonably sound argument in favor of vouchers (“Vouchers improve quality of education,” Viewpoint, March 4). As a supporter of voucher programs, however, I was disappointed in his suggestions for “limitations,” specifically, limiting “student eligibility to those most in need.” The program is designed to raise the performance of all schools by introducing competition in the educational system.
