Baseball’s struggles continue as Bruins lose series to Washington Huskies

The Bruins had their foot in the door on several occasions Sunday, but stood and watched as it slammed shut. Baseball seeks redemption for recent losses in Long Beach State rematch

The Bruins went 16-3 in the month of April. One of those losses came from the 49ers. No. 11 UCLA baseball (30-13, 14-7 Pac-12) will have a chance to avenge its April 10 loss to unranked Long Beach State (21-26) on Tuesday night. Read more...

Baseball replaces win streak with three-loss series against Arizona

No team had been able to sweep the Bruins this season, but the Wildcats did just that. No. 7 UCLA baseball (30-13, 14-7 Pac-12) dropped all three games against Arizona (28-17, 10-11), losing 3-1 on Friday and 6-3 on Saturday, and sacrificing its share of first place in the conference. Read more...

No. 7 UCLA upset in shutout loss to unranked Arizona Wildcats

The Bruins lead the Pac-12 in runs, but were shut out Thursday night in a complete game from the opposing pitcher. No. 7 UCLA baseball (30-11, 14-5 Pac-12) has averaged 7.3 runs this season and came into an away game against unranked Arizona (26-17, 8-11) on an eight-game win streak. Read more...
