UCLA baseball attributes defeat by Long Beach State to fielding mistakes

UCLA baseball scorches Sun Devils for 3rd sweep of season

With the chance to secure their third series sweep of the year, the Bruins’ bats came alive. No. 13 UCLA baseball (30-13, 14-7 Pac-12) finished off a series sweep Sunday after taking down Arizona State (20-25, 9-12) by a score of 16-5, following up the Bruins’ 7-5 series-clinching win Saturday. UCLA baseball defeats Arizona State after 13-run performance in 6th inning

The Bruins jumped out to a series lead in their second-highest-scoring game of the season. No. 13 UCLA baseball (28-13, 12-7 Pac-12) defeated Arizona State (20-23, 9-10) by a score of 19-2 at Jackie Robinson Stadium on Friday behind a 13-run sixth inning, the most runs in a single inning by the Bruins all season and one run fewer than their program record. UCLA baseball breaks midweek winning streak with loss to UC Irvine
