Jesse Bustamante is the co-founder of UCLA’s club gymnastics team. UCLA does not have a men’s team at the NCAA level, so Bustamante formed the team to serve that need. Although gymnastics is an individual sport, members believe that there are many benefits to having a team atmosphere to work in.

Despite former UCLA gymnast Anna Li’s tragic training accident that made her unable to compete as an alternate in the 2012 Olympic Games, Li has continued to take part in Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastics Champions, competing alongside former Olympians.
