Men’s basketball plays strong second-half defense in win over Weber State

Tied with No. 8 Duke at halftime, UCLA men’s basketball looked poised to topple one of the nation’s top teams on national television Thursday. But there were still 20 minutes left to play. In the second half, the Bruins were outscored by 17 and were outplayed in the second half for the third consecutive game, prompting questions about their ability to finish games.
