Photo: UCLA men’s volleyball took a win in their first home matchup of the 2013 season, in a game against Cal State Northridge that marked their return to Pauley Pavilion after its reopening. It was John Speraw’s first regular season home game as the Bruins’ coach. The Bruins played a full five sets, continuing an ongoing pattern from recent games of going to the maximum number of sets, which may cause them to battle with fatigue as the season continues.


Men’s volleyball strives for unique playing style

For the UCLA men’s volleyball team, the next few games of this young season will be about finding an identity.
