Men’s water polo caps perfect season with NCAA championship

Sunday night was the culmination of a year-long quest for the men’s water polo team, one that seemed destined to end in a national championship. With their 10-7 win over the USC Trojans in the NCAA Tournament final, the Bruins cemented a long-lasting legacy by hoisting the national championship trophy for the second straight year and sealing the eighth undefeated season in the history of NCAA men’s water polo. Men’s water polo sinks USC for UCLA’s 113th national title

UCLA men’s water polo seeks second NCAA title in a row against USC

In the year since UCLA men’s water polo captured the 2014 NCAA title, the team seemed to have just one focus. The Bruins traveled across the world to represent the United States at the World University Games, they graduated eight seniors while managing to hold an undefeated record through the entire 2015 regular season and they won the dangerous Mountain Pacific Sports Federation tournament for the first time since 2011. Men’s water polo to host UCSD for NCAA Tournament semifinal
