Men’s volleyball finishes Wooden Classic with two sweeps

UCLA men’s volleyball rolled through the Wooden Classic this weekend without dropping a single set. The No. 4 Bruins (3-0) took down the King University Tornado (1-2) in straight sets Friday, and swept the McKendree University Bearcats (0-4) the following night. Read more...

Men’s basketball blows big lead in double-overtime loss to Stanford

Two games into Pac-12 play, the Bruins seemed to have put their free-throw woes behind them. Their struggles from the charity stripe were as bad as ever Thursday night, though, as UCLA men’s basketball (11-4, 2-1 Pac-12) coughed up a 13-point second-half lead before losing 107-99 in double overtime at Stanford (7-8, 1-1). Men’s volleyball sweeps NJIT Highlanders in first game of season

UCLA men’s volleyball opened its season with a sweep over New Jersey Institute of Technology on Wednesday night. The No. 4 Bruins (1-0, 0-0 MPSF) are ranked second in the preseason MPSF Coaches’ Poll and fourth in the AVCA preseason poll, returning a number of their starters like senior outside hitter and two-time second-team AVCA All-American Jake Arnitz, senior outside hitter/libero JT Hatch and junior setter Micah Ma’a. Josh Rosen declares for NFL draft, gives up last year of eligibility

Josh Rosen announced Wednesday he will forego his final year of eligibility at UCLA to enter the 2018 NFL Draft. The junior quarterback announced his decision by posting a letter on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, thanking UCLA and his teammates. Read more...

Women’s basketball ends five-game road trip with 82-46 win against Cal

Coach Cori Close had two words for her team prior to the game – focus and freedom. After falling behind 7-0 to open up the game, UCLA kept its poise and remained aggressive, eventually taking the lead later in the quarter. Read more...

Men’s basketball overcomes halftime deficit, defeats Washington 74-53
