Men’s volleyball defeats Cal Baptist, despite decreasing attack accuracy

Nighttime precipitation, and a slightly smaller crowd than usual, did not rain upon the UCLA men’s volleyball team’s parade Wednesday night. The No. 2 Bruins (5-1, 2-0 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation) defeated the California Baptist University Lancers (2-4, 1-2) in straight sets by scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-22. Read more...

Men’s tennis defeats Grand Canyon with 7-0 win in opening dual match

Martin Redlicki tried to chase down a crosscourt forehand but stopped dead in his tracks. He immediately grabbed his back. Redlicki, up 4-2 at the time, lost his mobility and was unable to return any shot more than an arm’s length away from him. Read more...
