UCLA cross country teams enter NCAA regionals with optimism

Coming off the Pac-12 championships, coach Forest Braden had a lot to be hopeful for in the to-come NCAA rounds. The men’s team finished third at the Pac-12 championships and the women came in seventh, an improvement for both teams from last year, and the best total score for the men’s team since 1982. Women’s volleyball to resist Stanford comeback with new formation

Last time UCLA women’s volleyball played Stanford, the Cardinal didn’t have Pac-12’s best blocker – Inky Ajanaku – and the Bruins won in four sets. “People say that we got off easy beating Stanford last time, and I want to prove they we can give them a run for their money with Inky back,” said senior outside hitter Jordan Anderson. UCLA women’s basketball season opens Friday against the Tigers

Men’s soccer depends on victory against Aztecs for shot at postseason
