W. soccer: A whole new ball game
Wednesday’s exhibition match for the UCLA women’s soccer team marked the first time fans got to see several new faces in a Bruin uniform. The youthful Bruins showed their inexperience at times during the 4-1 loss to Texas on Wednesday, but the team feels it has learned from the match and will be fine once the regular season starts Friday with a home game against San Diego. Football: Football wide receiver reinstated
Wide receiver Tab Perry has been readmitted to UCLA and has rejoined the football team, the Athletics Department announced on Tuesday. A senior, Perry had missed the entire 2003 season due to academic ineligibility and had announced earlier in the year he intended to transfer from UCLA to a Division I-AA school. Read more...
