UCLA rowing maintained its dominance in Marina Del Rey, California, this weekend, sweeping every race in their scrimmage with cross-water rival Loyola Marymount. It was clear from the beginning that UCLA rowing’s first meet of the season was going to be a lively one. The team ended the event against Stanford and San Diego State with a close win in the second varsity eight race, a win in a Stanford-less third varsity eight race, and a second place varsity finish.
