UCLA track and field continues success, conquers Legends Invitational

The legends really did show up this weekend at the Bruin Legends of Track and Field Invitational. On Saturday, the long jump world record holder and former UCLA athlete Mike Powell walked around the green Drake Stadium field, and other acclaimed track and fielders drew applause from a sizable crowd the day before. UCLA invitational to prepare track and field for title run

The UCLA track and field team will host ten schools this weekend in what it will treat as a trial meet. The Bruin Legends of Track and Field Invitational is a two-day meet open to both college and high school competitors, slightly lowering the intensity of competition for the Bruins. Read more...

Bruins aim for personal bests at NCAA track and field championships
