‘The Big Bang Theory’ creator’s $24.5M pledge expands universe for Bruins in STEM
A $24.5 million pledge from “The Big Bang Theory” co-creator Chuck Lorre’s foundation is set to create a new universe for Bruins in STEM. The Chuck Lorre Family Foundation has provided scholarships, mentorship and support to incoming freshmen with financial need via The Big Bang Theory Scholarship since 2015. Read more...

UCLA Dining to introduce breakfast, late-night options in spring 2024

Bruin Café and Epicuria at Ackerman will serve breakfast options starting next quarter, while De Neve dining hall will also offer a pilot program to bring back its late-night dining options, according to an emailed statement from UCLA Dining. UCLA hosts three voting centers for March 5 primary election

The Hammer Museum, Tom Bradley International Hall and Ackerman Union served as polling centers accessible to students and community members looking to cast their vote on Proposition 1 and Measure HLA, and in a primary for presidential, United States Senate and local candidates.
