Over 2,000 academic researchers at the University of California signed a petition urging the UC to stop stalling negotiations, according to a press release. An 18-year-old man died in a shooting outside the Rose Bowl in Pasadena Saturday night, hours after the UCLA vs. Oklahoma football game.
