A nonprofit organization filed a lawsuit against the City of Los Angeles’ plan to densify areas in Los Angeles near Metro Expo line stations. Fix the City, a nonprofit public safety advocacy group, initiated the lawsuit to halt the Exposition Corridor Neighborhood Transit Plan, a development plan that would allow for more dense housing and businesses around Metro Expo Line stations, until adequate infrastructure is put in place for public safety.
